You Are Not Reinventing Yourself.
You Are Integrating Who You’ve Become.

Identity Integration Guide
// MERANDA HERFT - EMBODIED IDENTITY & STYLE GUIDE //
Style As Integration.
Style has always been the doorway.
The real work is deeper.
The women I work with are capable, intelligent, trusted.
They hold businesses, families, and responsibility with competence.
But often, their inner evolution outpaces their outer expression.
What looks like a style issue
is usually an identity transition.
When a woman grows internally
without integrating externally,
she feels slightly disconnected.
Efficient.
But not fully alive.
Through nervous system grounding, identity release, and embodied style integration,
I guide women back into alignment with who they’ve become.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about coming home.

Remembrance, Not Reinvention

It began with identity.
There was a season in my life where I looked composed on the outside and capable in every room I entered.
But internally, I was evolving faster than I was integrating.
Motherhood.
Body changes.
Life transitions.
They were not style problems.
They were identity shifts.
What I witnessed in myself, and later in the women I worked with, was this:

I’m a big fan of decluttering and to be honest I thought I was pretty good at it. But when it comes to clothes, I do tend to hold onto pre-loved items because of an emotional attachment or because of the mentality that I know I’ll fit into it one day. With Meranda’s help, I was able to let go of items that no longer worked for me, make space for some new yummy items and was able to create some new outfit combos I never would have thought to put together. Your work is magic, I needed that!

Thank you for today, really happy with those pieces. I’ll be back at pacific fair tomorrrow for those shoes and bralette. I would’ve spent hours trying on all the wrong things and left feeling flat. Your value is not just in your knowledge of what’s out there but expanding What i would normally wear but still feeling like me. Can’t wait for October x
